Amazing Creamy Dressing
Makes 2 cups
1 cup raw almond butter (or less for a thinner dressing)
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, whole or chopped
a few splashes of coconut water (to thin)
4 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons sesame oil
1-2 cloves garlic
Sea salt to taste
Blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth. This makes a nice dipping sauce for carrots or other vegetables, and it tastes great as a salad dressing or a sauce
over steamed zuchinni noodles.
I got this recipe from the Detox the World Community and I tweaked it slightly to fit my tastes.
Perfect to make and keep in your refrigerator for weeknight salads.
And another bonus, besides that it has healthy fats from the nut butter, it is dairy-free!
