If you want to know more about me, here are some questions that I often get asked that may be helpful to you:

1. What type of clients do you work best with?

I see the best results with those who have reached a high level of success in their life and feel like their health may be holding them back. They are ready to take the steps necessary to change their health and are open to trying new things. They do not have to be great cooks, but at least be open to learning and experiencing greater comfort and know-how in the kitchen. 2. How is your work different than traditional nutritionists?

Most nutritionists offer solutions that stick to government recommended guidelines which follow the current food pyramid from the American Dietetic Association (such as requiring a certain amount of dairy and protein per day). I support bio-individuality which says each person has their own nutritional needs. What works for one person, may not work at all for another.

My clients look to me for personalized coaching and support on things as specific as food allergies, food sensitivities and as general as “how can I get dinners on the table faster?” While most dietitians dwell on lists of good and bad foods. I work with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and deprivation.

I also help them understand how their beliefs and emotions impact eating behavior and why fad diets don't work for permanent weight loss and disease prevention. Together we achieve a personalized plan for long-term dietary change that allows them to take charge of their food in more positive ways for a lifetime of good health.

3. What is your approach to eating healthy?

4. What’s it like working with you once I become a client?

After we complete your Initial Nutrition Breakthrough Session, a one-hour private consultation where we get to meet each other and see if we are the right fit, you can expect to make healthy living an elegant, effortless and pleasurable part of your life.

I provide on-going support during and in-between our sessions to make sure you have the guidance necessary to reach all of your health goals. We meet twice per month, and I’ll outline up to three, personalized, very simple action steps to upgrade your nutrition and quality of life at each session.

Each session builds on upon the previous one, creating momentum and lasting results, delivered with lots of loving support and encouragement.

5. How can I sample your work before I sign up?

You can sign up for my FREE newsletter. Each newsletter is delivered to your email inbox every two weeks with mouth-watering tips on eating healthy at home, at work and on-the-go to fit within your unique lifestyle. This is a great way for you to get to know me, my work and if it speaks to you.

6. What kind of programs do you offer?

By the way, I work primarily via telephone so geography is never an issue.
