In this half-day intensive (either 9-12PM or 1-4PM), I show moms, or the entire family, how simple it is to apply nutrition principles to fit within their busy lifestyles.

This includes tips for grocery shopping, how to make healthy, quick, dinners and what grocery staples to have in the kitchen for the best results and satisfaction. We'll focus on introducing more plant-based foods to your diet and look at what nutrient-dense foods you can add-in to your daily menus knowing you have a busy schedule and want to maximize your health while still having things taste great. This 3-hour session is focused on integrating wellness systems for you and your family to finally experience what it truly means to feel healthy, enjoy good food, and feel comfortable in the kitchen. By the way, zero cooking experience is required to enjoy and benefit from this session!

This program is designed for individual moms or can be designed to include the whole family including husbands, children and siblings depending on your specific needs and goals.
